Hotsy Carlson's Bryan location opened in 2004 with one employee (Dennis Sissell) working out of the back of his truck.

We are conveniently located in the Carabba Industrial Park, stop by our showroom for pressure washer rentals and equipment sales. Hotsy Carlson is proud to offer Oil Gator, a premium oil absorbent and bioremediation product used by our customers in the oil industry. It’s produced from recycled, chemically modified cellulosic fibers, and contains all of the necessary ingredients to enhance biodegradation of hydrocarbons by indigenous bacteria. Oil Gator absorbs and encapsulates hydrocarbons from the surface of land and water and, when applied correctly, will completely absorb toxins, preventing them from leaching into the soils or underground aquifers. Oil Gator is available in 30 lb. bags or by the pallet.
