Hotsy’s new RC Series electric transfer pump is a simple and convenient solution for collecting wash water for treatment, filtration and disposable. This solution is highly portable and easy to mount to a mobile cleaning trailer or move around your jobsite on the optional swivel caster wheels. The unit includes 50 feet of high-temperature 2-inch vacuum hose and a scupper head to make quick work of water collection.

Water Maze – Wash Water Reclaim & Treatment

Water Maze is North America’s largest manufacturer of industrial wastewater treatment systems. Water Maze technologies include electrocoagulation, bioremediation and mechanical filtration. Originally designed for high-pressure cleaning applications, today’s technologies address such industrial applications as golf and turf, heavy equipment, manufacturing, marinas and shipping, metal finishing, trucking and transportation.

Hydro Tek Systems – Mobile Wash Water Recycling

Hydro Tek manufactures top-quality equipment designed for the mobile contract cleaner. These systems are the ideal solution for addressing recovery, filtration and recycling of wastewater on the go and no matter where your job site is located.

Water Treatment Technologies – Portable Waste Water Recovery

Water Treatment Technologies manufactures an extremely portable wash water recycling system that can be installed in the bed of a truck or trailer. The Mighty Mobile Series works well with any recovery device and can be converted to a closed-loop recovery system with the addition of a water pump and water tank. Stationary wastewater treatment systems and oil/water separators are also available.

Water reclaim is a hot topic these days, and rightly so.

Why use water reclamation equipment? It’s important to protect local water systems and follow your local regulations regarding industrial wastewater and how to dispose of it. Many businesses are faced with confusing compliance issues and watershed regulations, yet are subject to fines and penalties for not complying.

Hotsy Carlson has two full-time environmental system specialists who can help you determine how to best deal with your wastewater. We are familiar with local wastewater regulations and the latest technologies available to treat industrial wastewater. We design and install systems using options from a full line of water treatment equipment.

Our Product Lineup!

PH-3020D pH Controller.jpg

The PH-3020 system is designed as a pH meter and pH controller to make wastewater easier to treat by allowing solids to settle out quicker, emulsified oils to become more buoyant, and for some metals to precipitate. Extreme pH levels will negatively impact the performance of a water treatment system. Automatic adjustment, rather than manually adjusting the pH of the water is highly recommended. Water Maze offers a variety of automatic pH control systems. Some are incorporated into the base product, some are factory installed options, others are stand alone systems. It incorporates a digital pH meter and pH controller that monitors and adjusts both base and acid pH ranges, a circulation pump, and chemical peristaltic pumps. Once the pH set points (high or low) is satisfied, the permissive interlock system of the controller will provide an output signal for the purpose of downstream release and/or post processing of the water.

CLT-300.jpg

CLT-300 Modular Clarifier System Base

The CLT-300 is an above-ground, cone-bottom tank used to enhance existing pit water treatment systems that may be too small or do not provide adequate pre-treatment. With its 300-gallon capacity, this cone-bottom tank can provide lower clean-out maintenance costs compared to many in-ground pit systems, and it can be applied as pre-treatment, post-treatment, or as a stand alone treatment system. The CLT-300 utilizes cross-linked polyethylene cone-bottom tanks with steep, 55-degree slopes for maximum solids separation. Each tank has a full open top with removable lid and includes heavy duty metal stand with cradle. These base models are also incorporated into other Water Maze clarifier models and can be an economical alternative to expensive pit water treatment system reconstruction costs.

Alpha-1500D Above-Ground Separator

Alpha-1500.jpg

The Alpha is a highly effective above-ground oil/water separator that works in conjunction with catch basins and collection pits to treat and discharge wash water to meet local and federal sewer sanitation regulations. The genius of the easy-to-use Alpha system is the proprietary “maze” design of the oleophilic—oil-loving coalescing plates, which are meshed together and aligned at a specific angle to produce optimum separation of oil and water. The Alpha-1500D accommodates water flow rates of up to 15 GPM and can be used in conjunction with other systems or serve as a stand-alone oil-water separator. Other features include its rust-resistant tank made of 12-gauge stainless steel, an industrial-duty ultra-violet water odor treatment ozone generator for optimum odor control, and a NEMA control center for automatic operation.

CLT-600.jpg

CLT-600 Modular Clarifier System Base

The CLT-600 is an above-ground, cone-bottom tank used to enhance existing pit systems that may be too small or do not provide adequate pre-treatment. With its 600-gallon capacity, this cone-bottom tank can provide lower clean-out maintenance costs compared to many in-ground pit systems, and it can be applied as pre-treatment, post-treatment, or as a stand alone water clarifier treatment system. The CLT-300 utilizes cross-linked polyethylene cone-bottom tanks with steep, 55-degree slopes for maximum solids separation. Each tank has a full open top with removable lid and includes heavy duty metal stand with cradle. These base models are also incorporated into other Water Maze clarifier models and can be an economical alternative to expensive pit system reconstruction costs.

Compact CoAg.jpg

Compact CoAg Water Management Center

The Compact CoAg employs chemical coagulation and flocculation water treatment technology to enhance and speed up the process of removing suspended solids and most types of emulsified oils. This product utilizes a patented process for applying and mixing proprietary blends of chemical coagulant (CoAg+) and flocculant (EC+) to effectively de-emulsify oils and to agglomerate suspended solids. The Compact CoAg unit is typically combined with a separator/final blending tank that has unique internal piping, along with an auto-purge system that results in very little standing water within the system at the end of the day. When combined with the Water Maze IPF2-20 Indexing Polishing Filter, the agglomerated solids and oils are removed from a clarified stream that can be recycled or discharged (as allowed by local regulations).

HBG-30D.jpg

HBG-30D Wastewater Evaporator

The HBG-30D is a natural gas or propane heated water reduction tool capable of evaporating wastewater up to 30 gallons per hour. It contains a combustion box made of advanced heat resistant material and features a unique energy-efficient design for reflecting the heat directly onto the floor of the evaporation tank for energy cost savings. An electric system with multiple industrial grade, electric, coiled burners is mounted under the evaporator tank in easy-access service tray. A high-efficiency burner shoots a flame into the combustion chamber for extraordinarily high energy efficiency. The unit is made of heavy-duty steel, insulated and double lined for both energy efficiency and safety.

WB-120A.jpg

WB-120A Wastewater Evaporator

The WB-120A Water Blaze is a submerged combustion water evaporator. This super energy-efficient wastewater evaporator system with patented design uses submerged combustion technology whereby heat is forced through a submerged tube and released directly into the water for 100% heat exchanger efficiency and dramatic operational and energy cost savings. The WB-120A is capable of handling waste streams at 120 gallons per hour and features top-of-the-line immersion tube jet burner components. With a solid-state flame control monitor, the WB-120A is capable of creating temperatures of up to 2000°F, releasing hot flue gases directly into the water.

Client Testimonials

The high level of service and positive attitudes make it easy to keep calling Hotsy Carlson for services needs. I would like to also personally thank Ray Brown for steering us in the right direction on the proper equipment and installation of our reclaim system. The initial questions and concerns I had were promptly answered with a high level of expertise. The hotsy pressure washers wer purchased have met our expections. I firmly believe it is the best on the market. I manage multiple yards, and the other brands we have done compare, and neither does the service of the other companies. I look forward to continuing our dealing with your group in the future.
