I am the owner of Metro Ambulance and we are located in Schertz, TX. We have been in business for 19 years. We are up to 62 vehicles. We provide around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days ambulance service. We pick up patients throughout San Antonio and the surrounding area. We run about 350 calls a day. Besides having impeccable patient care, one of the most important things is keeping the units clean. It’s very important at the end of the day that we bring the vehicles back to this location and decontaminate the vehicle for any blood borne pathogens. It does require the use of hot water, we steam clean and wash out the entire vehicle - the walls, the vinyl, the floors. We can get into all the cracks and crevices that you normally wouldn’t be able to clean. Without the Hotsy Equipment, we wouldn’t be able to achieve our goal of clean ambulances insides and out. We bought our first Hotsy system about 5 years ago and we haven’t had any problems since. The service we receive is phenomenal, the products and soap we use is outstanding.
